| 摘 要： | 本文结合企业项目化管理培训需求,以沙盘模拟这一全新的体验式培训方法为基础,去探讨其在企业项目化管理培训设计中的教学组织方法、教学目标分析、教学内容和活动设计,并指出其应用中应注意的问题和弥补方法,从而促使学员们了解并熟练掌握企业项目化管理的基本知识和技能,最大限度地调动其自主性和体验性,对所学内容不断深刻体验、重构优化,并不断地强化其面向实践应用的系统性思维能力和稳定可靠的项目管理解决能力。

| Abstract: | This article Combining Requirements of enterprise Management training, with the training method of bran-new experiential sand table simulation, probe into the Design Application of Enterprise project management training method、aim、contents、activities, and points out some problems and the method make up for this problems, so we can motivate students learn basic knowledge and skill of Enterprise Project management, and exert their Autonomy and experience to greatest extent, and Reconstruction optimization their learning, and strengthen their practical Systematic thinking ability and Stable and reliable Project management solving ability. |
