| 摘 要： | 当前,实施素质教育的最大障碍是体制性障碍,而体制性障碍中最显性的是现行高考制度。高考承担着引导中小学素质教育和高校选拔高素质人才的双重任务,对基础教育有着极强的导向功能。结合温家宝总理关于素质教育与考试评价的谈话精神并以此为指导,对现行高考制度存在的诸多问题,提出了改革的一些基本思路。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the biggest barrier in implementing quality-oriented education is the institutional barrier, and the most prominent item in this institutional barrier is the current National College Entrance Examination. The National College Entrance Examination shoulders two important tasks, one is to lead the primary and secondary schools to implement quality-oriented education, and the other is to select highly qualified talents for the colleges and universities. In this sense, the National College Entrance Examination has very strong guiding impact on the basic education. Guided by Premier Wen Jiabao's ideas on quality-oriented education and examination assessment, the author hereby proposes several suggestions to solve the existing problems in the current National College Entrance Examination. |
