| 摘 要： | 构建终身教育体系离不开法律制度的保障。但我国有关终身教育的法律制度建设滞后与构建终身教育体系现实需要之间的矛盾日渐凸显。因此,需要在学习借鉴国外终身教育法律制度建设经验的基础上,注重非正式制度建设在终身教育法律制度建设中的作用,完善终身教育法律制度体系建设,加强终身教育法律制度配套体系的建设,推进终身教育发展。

| Abstract: | The lifelong education system building is inseparable from the protection of the legal system.However,the lifelong education in China’s legal system construction delays and contradictions between the reality of constructing lifelong education system needs become more and more prominent;Therefore,we need to learn lifelong educational legal system construction in foreign countries on the basis of experience,by focusing on the informal system of lifelong education in the construction of the legal system;Revise and perfect the construction of legal system of lifelong education system and strengthening the legal system construction of supporting system of lifelong education initiatives such as,Strengthening the construction of legal system,Promoting the development of lifelong education. |
