| 摘 要： | 本文以衡阳市发展社区教育的重要载体＂公共服务进社区＂之一＂全民终身教育进社区＂和全市四级社区教育体系为研究对象,通过文献调研以及实践经验总结,运用教育学和社会管理学的基本原理,分析了社区教育与区域社会发展的关系,对社区教育在区域社会发展中的基本功能进行了概述。通过实践,对区域社会发展中社区教育的发展对策进行了探索,发现以下几条发展对策的可行性比较强：政府强力推动;机构协同配合;体系架构健全;资源整合共享;民众参与认可。希望本研究为国内社区教育的开展和区域社会全面发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the community education and the regional social development,outlining the elementary function of the community education.This thesis,by means of practical research and summary,applies the theories of pedagogy and social management and aims at ’Nationwide Lifelong Education Enters Communities’,which is one of the principles of ’ Public Service Enters Communities,and civil 4-grade community educational system.The feasibility of the following strategies has been proved based on practice.1.Drastic impetus from the government.2.Cooperation among the associations.3.A perfect structure and system.4.Integrated and shared resources.5.Recognition of civil participation.The author hopes that this research shall bring some insight and inspiration to the community education at home and the regional social development. |
