| 摘 要： | 浓浓书香醉校园,文化育人细无声。大学的使命是人才培养、科学研究和服务社会,这一切都离不开大学文化的影响。创建学习型党组织要为大学文化建设提供思想保证、增添精神动力和优化生态环境,大学文化建设应是高校创建学习型党组织题中之义,把文化引领和人文精神培养作为重中之重,使文化熏陶、道德培养潜移默化作用于人才培养的各个环节,渗透和谐校园建设的各个方面,实现高校创建学习型党组织与大学文化建设有机结合,相互促进。

| Abstract: | Deep book was the culture of silence.The mission of a university is personnel training,scientific research and social service,all this is inseparable from the influence of university culture.Creating learning party organization is required to provide ideological guarantee for the construction of university culture,to add spiritual power and to get optimization of the ecological environment.At the same time,the construction of university culture is the included content for university to create a learning party organization.The culture and humane spirit cultivation should be taken as the primary task,and to make the Influence of cultural and moral factors have subtle act on personnel training in all aspects of,and penetrate in the course of the construction of harmonious campus,achieving learning party organization in colleges and universities the organic combination of construction and the construction of University culture and cross-promote mutual progress. |
