| 摘 要： | 学校传统道德教育片面强调规范性功能而忽视主体性的培养。随着社会的不断发展和进步，素质教育的要求和人的主体意识的增强，主体性德育则越来越受到人们的重视。在教育实践中实现规范性德育向主体性德育的转变是道德教育发展的必然趋势。
