| 摘 要： | 大学生参与管理不仅是促进大学生自我教育、自我管理能力提高的有效途径,更是加强和改进高校管理工作的一个重要环节。文章通过剖析大学生参与管理的历史性、法律性、现实性支撑,并结合当前大学生参与管理面临的现实性困境,提出:超越其困境的智慧抉择关键在转变观念,增强认识;重点在丰富内容,防止形式;核心在调活体制,完善机制。

| Abstract: | The CBE mode of education centers on students＇ ability cultivation, which is significant to the undergraduate teaching of tourism management department of Hubei University For Nationalities,aims at training applied intellects. This essay starts from the analysis of the intension of CBE mode, combining with the current situation of undergraduate teaching of tourism and management, and the requirements of strategic talents cultivation of the institutions of higher education of Hubei province. The author proposes that the CBE mode should be constructed from the aspects of target setting,course system setting, reform of teaching methods, staff construction, cultural shape of subject, schoolenterprise cooperation and evaluation feedback system. In this way, the CBE mode is to cultivate distinguished undergraduates with professional abilities majoring in tourism management. |
