一所省级示范高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的调查报告

摘    要:对某省级示范高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设情况进行调查发现,"双师型"教师占专业课教师比例低,有高级技术职称的"双师型"教师数量尤少,有企业工作经历、有技术开发和推广能力的"双师型"教师比例偏低,来自企业一线的兼职教师数量偏少。建议建立国家职业院校教师资格标准和教师准入制度,建立和完善"双师型"教师培养体制与机制。

Investigation Report on the Dual- qualification Teachers in a Provincial Demonstration Vocational Colleges

Abstract:The results of the survey show that the percentage of dual- qualification teachers in specialty teachers are low;the number of dual- qualification teachers who own senior technical tides are few;the percentage of the dual- qualification teachers who have work experi- ence in enterprise and ability of technology development and promotion are low; part - time teachers who are working in enterprise are few. The author suggests that national ~lAlification standard and access system of vocational college teachers should be established,and training mechanism for dual- qualification teachers should be optimized.
