| Abstract: | This paper attempts to find out a way of how to improve college students' skills in English writing. It is considered necessary to strengthen their training in words and sentences, to overcome the interference of their native tongue ,to compare the differences between English and Chinese thinking, to let them do more reading ,to pay much attention to necessary explanation in class, and thus, develop and improve their English writing skills with a definite purpose and plan. |
