| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿启脾颗粒含量的方法。方法:采用Inertsil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(20:80);流速:1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长为203nm。结果:线性范围为0.2024~1.6192μg·ml^-1(r=0.9998),样品平均加样回收率(n=6)为97.8%,RSD为0.46%。结论:本法结果准确,重现性好,可用于小儿启脾颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:to establish a HPLC method for content determination of Xiaoerqipi Granule.Method:a stable HPLC method is established and the chromatography is accomplished on a Inertsil C18 column,with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(20:80).The flow rate is 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength is set at 203 nm.Results:the linear ranges are 0.2024~1.6192μg·ml^-1(r=0.9998).The average recovery rates are 97.8%(n=6),and RSD was 0.46%.Conclusion:the method is accurate and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Xiaoerqipi Granule. |
