| 摘 要： | 教学是一门艺术,要达到育人的效果,教育者就必须对要培育的人有全面而深刻的了解,对育人的原理和规律能较好地利用,对育人方式方法能合理地选择,能够在现实的育人环境中有所为,有所不为,对课堂教学讲"五多"即多激情、多幽默、多结合、多互动、多反馈.讲"五少"即少离题、少重复、少批评、少冷场、少教条.
