| 摘 要： | 目的:了解装甲步兵功能性动作能力现状,为有效预防军事训练伤提供参考。方法:采用功能性动作筛查(FMS)测试方法对某部装甲步兵38人进行测试。结果:装甲步兵FMS平均得分15.79,15分以下的占23.7%;15~17分占55.2%;18~19分占21.1%;跨栏架、直线分腿蹲存在左右不对称现象;21.1%、5.3%的战士分别在俯撑起伸展排除性测试与背部滚动排除性测试中获得0分。主要结论:该装甲步兵存在功能性动作障碍,军事训练伤风险较高。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose：The current research aims to discuss the functional movement level,and to prevent injuries from military training for the armored infantry.Methods：A cohort of 38 infantry soldiers has been selected and their FMS performance were tested.Results：The average scores of FMS is 15.79.Overall,23.7%of soldiers had scores≤14;55.2%of the soldiers were scored between the range of 15 to 17;21.1%of the soldiers were with the scores 18 or 19.There were 2actions left-right asymmetry which include hurdle step and in-line lunge﹙p0.05﹚.There were 21.1%of participants scored 0in the pain test of trunk stability push-up and 5.3%had 0in rotary stability test.Conclusion：This cohort of infantry solders is of higher injury risk.It is necessary to treat the functional movement disorders. |
