| 摘 要： | 在分析应试教育与体育与健康教育的差异基础上，重新确立高校体育教师的角色内涵，提出要实现新形势下应试教育向体育与健康教育的转化，高校体育教师必须在明确自身角色内涵基础上，通过在思想上转变旧观念，理论上充实新知识，和在教学实践中落实体育与健康教育内容，建立教师教学质量新评估体系等途径培养高校体育教师的角色意识。
