| 摘 要： | 公共关系学是一门新兴的涵盖面极广的综合性学科,也是一门实践性和操作性都很强的学科。但由于种种原因,教学效果不甚理想。因此,高校应从调整教学内容、加强师资建设、改革教学方法、拓展考核方式入手进行全方位的教学改革,以实现课程教学目标,培养符合社会需求的创新型公关人才。

| Abstract: | Public Relations are a currently emerged integrating discipline which is fairly wide in its horizon and emphasized in its pragmatic applications.The education performance of such discipline,however,is not as expected for some specific reasons.Therefore universities and colleges should consider systematic reforms during the education of Public Relations,especially resort to the adjustment of its teaching content,improvement of its teaching methods,innovations in its performance evaluating mechanisms.By the enforcement of such reforms,the education of Public Relations may better realize its expected effectiveness,and the growing demands of human resources in Public Relations may be better supplied. |
