| 摘 要： | 现代大学文明是现代工业文明的基石,是人类新观念、新知识、新人才的源泉。现代大学文明的特质主要表现在:大学是信息思想理念创新的海洋,人类精神的家园,现代文明的引擎,制度文明的体系,社会秩序和公民良知的守护神,人类社会进步的火车头。具有科学而高质量的大学体系和世界一流大学是一个国家社会文明发达最重要标志,中国需要改革大学体制,建设现代大学制度,办出世界一流大学。

| Abstract: | The modern university civilization is the cornerstone of modern industrial civilization,is human new ideas,new knowledge,new source of talents.Its character is as follows,the university is thinking principle of ocean information innovation,the home of the human spirit,the engine of modern civilization,and the system of the civilization of the system,the social order and citizens the patron saint of conscience,the locomotive of the human society advances.The country’s social civilization developed the most important symbol is a scientific and high quality of the university system and the world first-class research university.China needs to reform the university system,constructing the modern university system,and maintain a world class university. |
