摘    要:在汽车排放污染物日益增加和汽车排放法规日益严格的背景下,介绍SCR系统闭环控制策略的控制逻辑,分析如何通过氮氧化合物传感器的读数实现SCR系统闭环控制尿素喷射量.而后通过发动机台架试验的排放试验结果,对比分析闭环控制相对开环控制的优势,研究闭环控制策略在实际匹配应用中的价值.

Abstract:In the background of increasingly serious automobile exhaust pollution and increasingly strict automobile emission legislation, this paper mainly introduces the algorithm of SCR system closed-loop control strategy, analyzes how to achieve the urea flow rate calculation by closed-loop on the basis of the data of NOx sensor, then based on the engine emission tests on engine test bench, compares the open-loop emission result and closed-loop emission result to analyze the advantage of closed-loop, and finally investigate the value of using closed-loop in application.
