| 摘 要： | 实习是职业教育的核心环节,实习生人身损害赔偿处理方式的完善有助于职业教育的健康发展.通过对国内外实习生人身损害赔偿处理方式的比较,分析2种不同处理方式对实习生的利弊.在借鉴国外实践经验的基础上结合我国国情,对我国实习生人身损害赔偿处理的方式不足之处给出了完善建议.

| Abstract: | Internship is the key link in vocational education. The improvement of interns＇ personal injury compensation treatment is helpful to further development of healthy vocational education. In this paper, by comparing interns＇ personal injury compensation treatment between domestic and foreign, the pros and cons of two different treatments for interns are analyzed. Combining the practical experience of other countries with China＇s national condition, some suggestions are made to improve personal injury compensation treatment for interns. |
