| Abstract: | In this paper, the questionnaire and the research framework are designed based on Two-factor Theory. A questionnaire survey is conducted in higher vocational students to find out factors influencing higher vocational students＇ learning initiative. Some suggestions are made to effectively motivate students, improve students＇ learning initiative and ensure good teaching effect. |
