摘    要:基于双因素理论设计问卷和研究框架,通过对高职学生进行问卷调查,了解影响高职学生学习积极性的双因素,并提出一些针对性的建议,以有效地激励学生,提高学生的学习积极性,保证良好的教学效果.

Abstract:In this paper, the questionnaire and the research framework are designed based on Two-factor Theory. A questionnaire survey is conducted in higher vocational students to find out factors influencing higher vocational students' learning initiative. Some suggestions are made to effectively motivate students, improve students' learning initiative and ensure good teaching effect.
