德国教育体系、教学模式及教学方法研究

摘    要:对德国培训内容进行总结分析,阐述了德国教育体系、教学模式及教学方法,分析了德国任务导向教学方法及该方法能够最终实现的条件.对我国教学模式及方法弊端进行进一步分析,指出我国提高职业教育水平的3个要素,即:制订相关校企合作法律法规、采用项目教学法、企业动态参与教学过程.

Abstract:In this paper, German task-oriented teaching method and the conditions that the method can finally realize are analyzed based on German training content, education system, teaching pattern and teaching method. After further analysis of disadvantages in China's teaching mode and method, it is suggested to improve China's vocational education by formulating laws and regulations related to the school-enterprise cooperation, adopting project teaching method, making enterprise dynamically involved in the teaching process.
