| 摘 要： | 教学作为一种既复杂、特殊、又有明确目的性的认知活动，其有效性是研究者和实践者共同追求的目的。在教学过程无论教学过程、内容的安排，教学方法、步骤、组织形式的选择都是为了实现教学目标；让学生能在学习过程中．不做知识的被动接受者。而是主动选择和积极探索者。利用局域网实现高中化学的分层教学是实现有效教学的方法之一，其目的就是让每一个学生都能达到教学的目标要求。

| Abstract: | As a complicated,special and aim-dear activity of understanding, the effectiveness of teaching is what both of the researcher and practitioner pursult.In the teaehing precess,no matter whether it is the arrangement of content or teaching method or steps or the choice of organization form,everything is for the realization of teaehing geal.Let the students actively choose and explore in the learning process instead of being passive receivers of knowledge.Bealizing different-level teaching of chemistry in senior middle school is just one way of effective teaching.The aim is to let every student fulfil the requirement of teaching goal. |
