| 摘 要： | 积极推进辅导员职业化建设,有利于辅导员队伍整体素质的提高,有利于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育。辅导员职业化的实现必须具备四个要素,即辅导员职业市场化、辅导员具有相应的专业知识、辅导员队伍保持相对稳定和完善的配套机制等,同时还要解决辅导员的待遇、工作职责、自身素质和职业思想等方面的问题。

| Abstract: | Positive advancement on the development of the political counselors as a career in college can enhance their qualities as a whole and improve the mental and political education of the college students.This realization must have the following conditions: the publicity of the political counselor as a career,the enough professional knowledge the counselors should have,the stabilization of the counselor group and a supplement of some perfectly matched policies.Meanwhile,it should solve the problems on salary,responsibility,self-quality and work ethics of the counselors. |
