| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师思想政治工作有别于学生思想政治工作,与中老年教师的思想政治工作也有区别。在新形势下,高校青年教师的思想动态呈现出一定的特殊性。如何针对青年教师的思想特点,开展有效的思想政治工作,应从理论灌输和社会实践、从严管理和加强沟通、正面引导和政治规范教育“三结合”的角度,探寻出做好高校青年教师思想政治工作的新路子。

| Abstract: | The political education of young teachers from colleges and universities is different from that of the students,and it also varies from the political education of the elder and middle-aged teachers.In the new situation,some special features are emerging in the ideas of those young teachers.So it is a topic how to carry out the effective political education in accordance with those features.This paper tries to explore a new way of bettering the political education of college and university young teachers from the angle of "three combinations". |
