| 摘 要： | 荆门已经被国家发改委确定为国家第二批循环经济试点市.如何结合荆门要素禀赋与产业结构特点,确定一条既有荆门特色、又有一定可借鉴价值的实践思路是目前必须解决的重大现实问题.本文从荆门市情出发、根据循环经济四原则,提出了贯彻减量化原则把握"点",贯彻资源化原则连接"线",贯彻再利用、再制造原则建设"面"的点线面思路.

| Abstract: | As Jingmen City has been designated as one of the second batch of test cities for recycling economy,it is an important and realistic issue for us to develop an economic patterns both characteristic of Jingmen city and of some value for others.Based on Jingmen's practical situation and the four principles of recycling economy,this paper suggests a pattern of recycling economy by which "points" are grasped in terms of the number reduction principle,"lines" are linked according to resource principle and "surfaces" are constructed through carrying out the principle of recycling and remanufacturing. |
