| Abstract: | The advantage and feature of the teaching of higher vocational cooking specialty should be stressed. Teaching high professional skills should be as the main line. The teaching method should be improved and the new teaching pattern should be explored. Personality training should be taken according to students' feature. New visualized teaching system should be built and thus can create a clear teaching environment with practice and real materials. |
