| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems of freshmen facing in vocational colleges and proposes some solutions. The paper points out that teachers should take proper measures to help freshmen to change attitude towards English study and cultivate their interests; Teachers also needs to foster students＇ study strategy so as to improve their self-study ability. Besides, teachers should connect English study with students＇ major knowledge. By doing these, they can truly improve students＇ comprehensive ability to use English. |
