| 摘 要： | 培养创新型人才，是迎接知识经济挑战的需要，是高等院校发展的方向，培养创新型人才的途径主要有：更新教育观念，营造创新氛围；改革课程体系，培养创新意识，调整课程设置，增加人文社会科学内容的比重，改革教学方法，激发创新精神，重视社会实践，开拓创新思维。

| Abstract: | Cultivating innovative talents is the need of meeting knowledgeable economy and developing trend of higher educational institutions. The effective approaches to cultivate innovative talents should include those followings , i.e.: Renewing educational concept to construct a innovative atmosphere; Reforming curriculum system to arouse innovative consciousness; Adjusting curriculum to increase the contents of humanities and social sciences; reforming teaching methods to stimulate innovative spirit; Emphasizing social practice to develop new mode of thinking. |
