| Abstract: | This paper is based on the analysis of current situation of PE in colleges, combined with the theories of PE teaching and the reality of college students, the author puts forward the opinions of improving the qualifications of staff, sticking to the "student -centered"teaching principle and cultivating the ideas of lifelong PE to improve the teaching quality of PE in colleges. |
