| 摘 要： | 我国自银监会成立以来，进行了国际视野的监管制度框架构建，这为银行监管在这一国际视野的银行监管框架下进行操作奠定了坚实的基础。但随着我国银行业进一步对外开放，银行业国内国际竞争更加激烈。行业竞争的加剧，对现有银行监管的理念、手段和有效性等都提出了严峻的挑战，加上我国银行业在金融体系中居主导地位，因此银行业监管更应该居安思危、未雨绸缪，不断加强监管能力建设，提高银行业监管的有效性。

| Abstract: | An international prospective of regulatory system framework has been set up since the foundation of the CBRC,which has laid a stable base for the operational fulfillment of the regulatory system framework.But along with further opening up outward China's banking,the domestic and international competition in banking is more vigorous.Rigorous challenges have been put forward for the conception,means and effectiveness of banking regulation because of pricked up competition of the industry,and the for the reason of banking with the dominate status in financial industry,China should be prepared for danger in times of safety,taking preventive measures,continuously enhancing regulatory ability construction for increase of the effectiveness of banking supervision This text starts an analysis from the present factors affecting China's banking supervision effectiveness,putting forward related suggestion for improving effectiveness of China's banking supervision. |
