| 摘 要： | 实训基地是高职院校校内实践教学的重要场所之一,也是校企合作、工学结合最显性化成果之一。实训基地管理水平是衡量高职院校办学水平高低的重要指标。运用7S管理方法有助于营造企业化教学情境,有利于加强实训室规范管理,有利于培养学生综合职业能力,从而提升专业实训教学的实效性。

| Abstract: | Training base is one of the important places of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,but also the most outstanding achievement of cooperation of colleges and enterprises,combination of work and study.Management level of the training base is an important indicator to weigh the schooling level of higher vocational colleges.Using 7S management method is helpful to create entrepreneurial teaching situation,strengthen the standardized management of training room,cultivate the students＇ comprehensive vocational ability,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching. |
