| 摘 要： | 高职教育学校文化和企业文化融合发展是高职院校提升学生就业质量的客观需要,是培养学生良好的职业素养的需要,是高职院校特色建设的需要。双方融合发展的主要内容包括环境文化融合发展、行为文化融合发展、规则文化融合发展、职业素养文化融合发展四个方面。双方融合发展要注意处理好二者之间的相辅相成的关系,要加强与企业文化融合发展的基础建设,要充分体现＂以人为本＂。

| Abstract: | The integration and development of higher vocational college culture and enterprise culture is the objective demand for promoting the quality of employment of students of higher vocational colleges,the need for cultivating the good professionalism of students as well as for the construction of characteristic of higher vocational colleges.The main contents of the integration and development of two parties include the integration and development of the environment culture,behavior culture,rules culture and occupation literacy culture.Much attention should be paid to the handling of the complementary relationship of integration and development by the two parties,and to strengthen the infrastructure used for the integration with enterprise culture and fully embody the＂people-oriented＂. |
