| 摘 要： | 房地产业与城市化二者的发展是息息相关的。文章分析了黄石市房地产业和城市化发展的现状、城市化对黄石市房地产业的推动作用，结合城市化发展过程，从科学的理念、科学的规划、科学的引导以及科学的管理四个方面，对黄石市房地产业的发展提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The development of real estate industry is closely related to the process of urbanization. This paper analyses the current situation of the development of real estate industry in Huangshi and the urbanization of Huangshi and the role urbanization plays in promoting the development of the real estate industry in Huangshi. Considering the urbanization process of Huangshi, the author puts forward some suggestions as to the development of real estate industry in Huangshi from the four aspects, scientific guideline, planning, guiding and management. |
