| 摘 要： | 竞争情报功能和反竞争情报功能是提高企业情报竞争力的两个方面, 是矛盾的双方, 既对立统一,又相辅相成, 他们共同构成了一个双赢的竞争情报系统。文章通过了解企业竞争情报和反竞争情报以及之间的关系, 分析了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报整合的意义, 提出了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的整合方法。

| Abstract: | The function of competitive intelligence and counter intelligence is contradictory in improving enterprise intelligence competition and the opposites of a contradictory,the unity of opposites and supplement each other.By describing the relationship of enterprise competitive and counter intelligence and analyzing the significances of emerging of competitive with counter competitive intelligence,this paper suggests some ways for the merging of enterprise competitive with counter intelligence. |
