| 摘 要： | 目的：探究木兰拳对老年女性血液流变学的影响。方法：将40位老年女性参加木兰拳训练前、后的血液流变学主要指标,进行统计分析,组间差异性采用t检验。结果：经过木兰拳锻炼的老年女性,血液流变学主要指标均有明显改善。结论：木兰拳运动对老年女性血液流变具有积极的影响。

| Abstract: | In order to probe into the influences of Mulanquan to old women's hemorheology,this article comparatively analyses 40 old women's hemorheological indexes of before and after their exercises,and gets the results that their hemorheological indexes are developed after Mulanquan exercises,which can actively influence their hemorheology. |
