| 摘 要： | 运用专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对河南省普通高校公共体育课程教学进行研究,结果表明：1）当前多数高校公共体育课程教学目标没有正确处理好健康第一与增强体质之间的关系;2）教材的选用和项目的开设虽然紧扣国家2002年颁布的纲要,但缺乏中原地域特色;3）公共体育课程设置缺乏延长性和拓展性。针对上述问题,提出河南省公共体育课程教学应及时更新教学理念,转变教师角色,延长和拓展课程设置等建议,以期为河南省普通高校体育教学的改革与发展提供理论支撑和实践指导。
