| 摘 要： | 随着我国的教育事业蓬勃发展,社会对高校人才的培养提出了更高的要求。如何做好学生思想教育和管理工作,如何培养和造就社会需要的具有高素质和创造性思维的人才,已经成为社会所关注的问题。为适应社会需求,作为培养人才重要基地的高校,要重视学生工作队伍建设,要有健全和完善的管理制度和明确的工作职责,注重工作的创新与发展,加强学风和校园文化建设,着力培养学生自我教育,自我管理的能力,努力培养学生的创新精神和创新能力。

| Abstract: | The higher requirement is put forward to cultivating of person of abilty in college by society,along with the vigorous development of education of our country .It has turn out to be the problem that the society concerned how to do ideological educaition and manage work of students ,how to cultivate and bring up the person of ability to possess high character.The construction of student,s work is attached for suiting the society requirement .College possesses the management system and the work duty lays stress on the innovation the ability of self-education and self-control in order to cultivate their innovation spirit and ability . |
