| 摘 要： | 面对学生层次的不同,如何培养高质量的技能型应用人才,是当前高职高专院校面临的主要问题。本文从矛盾分析、“三A”教学体系的构建及“三A”教学体系在《人才培养方案》中的应用这几个方面对如何解决这一问题进行系统的说明。
