| 摘 要： | 教师素质，由于教师的职业特点而蕴含着一定的特殊性，由于教师的社会角色而存在着鲜明的时代性，由于教师的历史使命和职能因素而决定着明确的发展理念。本拟就教师素质及其发展的主观因素作初浅的论述，以期与广大教师共同进行理论探讨，搞好中小学教师培训工作。
