| 摘 要： | 依据心理健康教育的规律和体育教学的特点，采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法等研究法，对体育专业大学生心理健康状况进行综述，针对存在问题提出了对策。研究认为：学校体育要有效实施心理健康教育，必须建立心理健康教学原则体系。在体育教学中遵循快乐性原则、激励性原则、交互性原则。

| Abstract: | According to the law of psychological health education and the characteristics of physical teaching, this research states if we are going to implement effectually mental health education in school physical education, we must build up the principle system for psychological teaching, and follow the principles of enjoyment, encouragement and communication in physical teaching. |
