| 摘 要： | 经济增长及其增长方式的转变受多个因素影响。环境保护投资和最终消费率对经济增长及其增长方式的转变是拉动效应还是抑制效应取决两个变量各自样本观测值与对应临界值的大小关系。市场化程度和外贸依存度起着积极的拉动作用,税收水平和行政管理费支出起着消极的抑制作用。转变经济增长方式不仅要转变以牺牲环境为代价的经济增长模式,也要逐步实现以消费和政府投资共同推动经济增长及其增长方式的转变,还要推动我国税负水平的合理化,进一步推进市场化改革,严格控制行政管理费开支,合理发展我国的对外贸易。最后,在研究结论的基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Economic growth and the change of its pattern can be influenced by various factors.Is it pulling effect or inhibitory effect of environmental protection investment and final rate of consumption to economic growth and change of its pattern? It depends on whether it is big or small of two variables between the respective sample observation value and the corresponding critical value.Commercializing degree and trade dependence degree play the active roles in driving;tax level and expenditure on administration management play the negative roles in driving.Changing the pattern of economic growth will need change the economic growth pattern at the expense of the environment,achieve gradually economic growth and change of its pattern by both consumption and government investment,need the rationalization of China’s tax burden level,the advance commercial reform,the control of administrative expenses,developing China’s foreign trade rationally.At last,this paper puts forwards the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the conclusion of the study. |
