| 摘 要： | 利用文献资料法、问卷调查法、心理测试法和数理统计法对我国专业短道速滑运动员的认知特质焦虑进行研究。通过对运动员性别、运动等级、训练年限以及认知特质焦虑各因子相互之间进行多维度、多视角的比较分析,寻找影响我国短道速滑运动员焦虑水平的关键因子,控制运动员的焦虑状况,最大限度地发挥其竞技水平并获得优异的成绩。研究结果表明我国专业短道速滑运动员的认知特质焦虑处于中等偏下水平,其中男子短道速滑运动员的认知特质焦虑水平低于女子运动员 训练年限与运动员的比赛准备焦虑、对手实力焦虑和受伤焦虑呈负相关,而与其他影响因子呈正相关 且社会评价焦虑、比赛准备焦虑、失败焦虑、受伤焦虑是影响短道速滑运动员认知特质焦虑整体水平的关键因子。
