| 摘 要： | 创新是当今时代发展的鲜明特征,现代图书馆管理的本质在于创新。根据图书馆知识管理的概念,高校图书馆实施知识管理创新有其必要性。高校图书馆管理创新要体现在管理机构、管理模式、人力资源等方面,并且重视解决图书馆知识管理创新中存在的问题。
