| 摘 要： | 研究了湿法合成ZnO陶瓷样品的结构及缺陷对材料电性能的影响。结果表明，湿法合成的ZnO材料是由主晶相ZnO、尖晶石相和富Bi液相组成的。随着烧结温度的提高，材料中出现了微空洞型缺陷。通过SEM、XRD结构分析和对材料电性能的测试，给出了阈值电压E0、非线性系数。的变化特点，并定性地讨论了材料的结构和缺陷对阈值电压、非线性系数的影响。
