中国优秀男子短跑运动员途中跑垂直缓冲时段运动学参数的灰色关联度分析

摘    要:通过对男子短跑运动员100m途中跑垂直缓冲时段运动学参数的灰色关联度分析,得出以下结论:下肢的关节点的夹角及上臂摆幅与跑速高度相关,各环节角度变化将影响短跑运动员跑进时的前蹬阻力及后蹬腿的蹬地方向,进而影响后蹬腿对地做功的有效功率。由此可见,增加短跑运动员途中跑垂直缓冲时段髋关节、膝关节及上臂前摆幅将有助于提高短跑的跑速。

Abstract:According to the analysis of Kinetics parameter during vertical cushioning period in the process of running at full speed after start of 100-meter sprint,this paper concluded that speed was related to the angels of the leg joints and the range of swing of arms and any change of angels could affect the resistance against kick forward and the direction of kick backward in the course of sprinter's running,thus affecting the efficiency of the work done to the ground by kick backward. Therefore,increases of the forward range of swing of hip joints,knee joints and arms during vertical cushioning period in the process of running at full speed after start can contribute to the increase of speed.
