| Abstract: | In accordance with the requirements to guarantee the authenticity,integrity,reliability and usability of the electronic records,this article proposes the basic train of thoughts,methods,and seven concrete measures to improve the evidence effectiveness of digital copies of paper-based archives,which is based upon the analysis and summary of legal admissibility of microforms,standards of archives digitalization and practical experience of digitalization at home and abroad. |
