| 摘 要： | 资金匮乏、融资渠道单一是当前高等教育发展过程中亟待解决的难题,它的存在已经在一定程度上制约了高等教育自身职能的发挥。从产业投资基金的视角来看,高等教育投资基金是一种全新的投融资机制,它的出现可以有效解决当前高等教育资金匮乏、严重依靠财政扶持的问题,从而开创我国高等教育自筹经费、自我发展的新局面。

| Abstract: | Lacking fund and the single financing channel are the problems that we should solve quickly in the development of higher education,which have restricted its function. From industry investment fund,the higher education investment fund is a new financing mechanism,which can settle the problems of capital-lacking and depending heavily on finance. And it can also bring the new complexion of self-financing and self-development of higher education. |
