| 摘 要： | 随着我国有关体育政策法规的颁布实施，特别是经济的迅速发展以及人们体育观念的普遍增强，均为我国体育社团实体化发展创造了有利条件。对目前我国体育社团实体化发展存在的问题进行了分析研究，旨在为市场经济条件下我国体育社团实体化的发展提供理论依据。
