| 摘 要： | LEED标准发布和推广标志着绿色建筑已经从实验走向实际。它要求建筑设计和施工在5个方面明显降低或消除对环境和用户的负面影响：选择可持续发展的建筑场地；建筑对水源保护和对水的有效利用；高效用能、可再生能源的利用及保护环境；就地取材、资源的循环利用；良好的室内环境质量要求。按照LEED标准要求，本提出绿色建筑设计中应当采取的措施，简要分析绿色建筑的环境收益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | The issue and application of LEED standard indicates that green buildings have developed from labs to field. It requires building design and construction reduce or eliminate the negative influences on environment and users from 5 aspects: sustainable site planning; water sources protection; energy consumption efficiency and renewable energy exploitation; conservation of materials and resources; indoor environmental quality. According to LEED standards, some measures should be taken in green building design are proposed. And the environment and economic returns of green buildings are analyzed. |
