| 摘 要： | 本文论述了开放式创新理论发展及其成因,从四个方面分析了在基于开放式创新模式下的知识产权管理理论问题。提出了:从基于技术创新的角度、从技术-经济-法律一体化的角度、从商业化的角度、从利益机制的角度研究基于开放式创新的知识产权管理理论问题。

| Abstract: | This text discussed the theory development of open innovation and its cause of formation,and analyzed the theory question of intellectual property right(IPR) management from four aspects according to the mode of open innovation.It puts forward study on the management theory of IPR on the basis of the open innovation from according to the angle of technology innovation,angle turn from the technique-economic-law integral whole,from the commercial angle and from the angle of the benefits mechanism. |
