摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了TiO2薄膜.利用XRD,SEM,UV-VIS等测试手段进行了样品的表征分析,以降解罗丹明B为反应模型,研究了薄膜的日光催化活性.结果表明,TiO2薄膜有明显的降解效果,显示出良好的催化活性.

Abstract:TiO2 film was prepared by sol-gel method, the surface morphology of samples was characterized by XRD and SEM. Light photocatalytic activity was measured by using photocatalytic degradation Rodanmine B as a model reaction. The results show that sunlight photocatalytic activity and degradation efficiency of TiO2 film could be increased greatly.
