| 摘 要： | 网络游戏虚拟财产本质上是电磁记录数据，应属于无形物，是玩家付出了精力、时间等劳动性投入或者直接通过货币购买而取得，享有当然的物权。而运用法律保护网络游戏虚拟财产有着重要的价值，因为这有利于保护我国游戏产业的发展，有利于体现法律的价值，有利于解决网络游戏虚拟财产纠纷。但是现阶段我国相关法律对网络游戏虚拟财产的保护还不很完善。所以我国需要建立健全网络游戏虚拟财产的法律保护机制。

| Abstract: | The virtual property in the online games is the data of electromagnetic note which belongs to immateriality. The players have spent energy, time and money acquiring the virtual property. Therefore the players have the ownership of the virtual property. And it＇s very important to protect the virtual property in the online games. Because it is advantageous to developing the game industry of our country and expressing the value of the law. It＇s also advantageous to solving the virtual property dispute of the network game. But the r-elated law of the present stage which protects the virtual property of the online game in our country is still not very perfect. So we need to build up the law protection mechanism of the virtual property of the online games. |
